Orders placed on retrolumina.com site can be shipped to the continental U.S, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S Territories and most international countries.

SHIPPING OPTION & DELIVERY COSTS

We offer the following shipping options, you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.  If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at xyz@ccc.com.

Shipping cost is calculated on a 'per order', 'per item'/'per pound' basis and is based on the shipping option you select.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed before 2pm EST Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day.  All orders placed after 2pm EST Monday-Friday will be dispatched the next day.  All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day.

Packages do not ship on weekends or the following US holidays:

  • New Years Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • President's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Veteran's Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed the order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes.  The customer is responsible for paying those fees.  Check your local customs office before placing an order as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate those for you.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information.  You will be able to track the package direct from the carriers website.

At retrolumina, we pride ourselves on optimal product quality.  Our orders go through a 3-step quality check before shipping.  However, if a damaged or mislabeled items was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide return or replacement.

​

POLICY

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases.  If you are not satisfied you are eligible for reimbursement within 14 calendar days of the purchase order date.

​

After the 14 day period, you will no longer be eligible and will be able to receive a refund.  We encourage to try the product in the first two weeks to ensure it fits your needs.
